ChocBite Gourmet Chocolate Bars

If you are looking for a neat idea for a special occasion, something a little sweeter than the usual gifts or favors, here is something you may not have thought of- gourmet chocolate bars. CHOCBite makes custom gourmet chocolate bars with your choice of chocolate, toppings, and decorations, as a sweet treat for any occasion.

CHOCBite bars are not typical chocolate bars. Made from pure couverture gourmet chocolate, the bars are made in a commercial kitchen in Austin, Texas. The decoration choices range from holiday motifs to sporting designs (which we focused on for little man), making them appropriate for decoration and favors for birthday parties, holiday parties, and more. When you see the result, you'll understand why (it was actually hard for us to eat ours to review it, because it looked so great and we didn't want to ruin it). CHOCbite chocolate options include black chocolate (bitter dark), dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and white chocolate, and up to five toppings. Toppings available include sweet toppings, savory toppings, nuts, fruit, and decorations, and there are over a hundred options, including chick peas spiced, pumpkin seeds, Nerds, figs, and many more I would never have thought to put on a chocolate bar. You can keep your CHOCbar simple, or go wild and experiment with something you've never tried before. Then again, what doesn't taste good with chocolate?

I chose a bar made of dark chocolate with almonds, and decorated with footballs, baseball mitts, and soccer balls. I was astounded by the options available to flavor chocolate with and was very tempted to try a crazy chili/lime chocolate bar, but in the end I went with my usual favorites. CHOCbite truly has a chocolate bar combination for any and all tastes.


After taking my own first bite of my dark chocolate sport-themed bar, I was in heaven...it's delicious!
