This is a great recipe, and super easy to make (especially with less tender cuts of meat, as the slow cooking process makes them super tender and juicy):
Ingredients:
* 2 1/2 lbs boneless round steak (other cuts of meat can be used also)
* 1/2 cup soy sauce
* 1 tsp ground ginger
* 1 tsp sugar
* 2 tbs oil (peanut or vegetable oil is fine)
* 1 garlic clove, crushed
Directions:
1. Cut steak into slices of about 1/8 inch thick.
2. Combine the soy sauce, ginger, sugar, oil and garlic in a small bowl.
3. Place steak into crockpot and pour sauce over steak.
4. Cook on low for about seven to eight hours.
This tastes great served with white rice and brocolli!
