Diego's Ultimate Rescue League- Review

Go, Diego, Go! is an animated show for pre-school kids from Nickelodeon. Diego is an eight year old boy who saves exotic animals along with his team of Animal Rescuers, a group of animal-loving friends who team up to save animals.

Go, Diego, Go! is a spin-off of Dora the Explorer, Diego's cartoon cousin. Like Dora the Explorer, it is educational and interactive, teaching children various skills such as matching, basic counting, and Spanish phrases. Diego asks a question, pauses, and allows kids to think of an answer and respond before he continues, or he teaches them a phrase and gives them the opportunity to repeat it a few times to learn it. Children are taught about animals, encouraged to find items on the screen, and more. The Animal Rescuers is a multicultural group of boys and girls who work together with Diego to rescue animals, teaching children about friendship, working together, respect for living creatures, and the environment.

There are three episodes on this disc: Diego's International Rescue League (the Animal Rescuers team up to save five different animals from around the world), Ocean Animal Rescuer (an oil spill in the water inspires a Bottlenose Dolphin to become an Ocean Animal Rescuer to save the day), and Diego Rescues Prince Vicuna (Diego searches for a missing camelid). The total running time is over 90 minutes of entertainment for your kids. Diego's Ultimate Rescue League is now available on Amazon for pre-order for only $12.99 (releases tomorrow, August 31st!).
