Our family loves Tex-Mex food, whether it be tacos, enchiladas, fajitas, etc. The truth is, most kids love them, and they are often a party favorite. I'm not sure if it's because they taste great, or because it's a lot of fun to make your own fajitas, but put out some warm tortillas, chicken or beef, and fresh toppings, and children have a blast making their meal.
