Little man has discovered his feet...it's endlessly entertaining to me how entertaining his feet are to him. He flexes them, peers down at them, and is amazed at these things he has (almost) total control over. In the last couple of weeks he was fascinated with his hands, and would gaze at them in awe as he holds them up and turns them back and forth like a new toy.
Watching him change and learn so much daily is incredible, and the feet thing, well that is just funny. He points his toes a lot, and even learned to wrap his feet around my arms to hang on if I try to put him down. I'm fully aware that soon he'll be using those hands and feet to climb into and out of things (eek!).
Recently when holding him in my baby carrier (facing forward) I made the mistake of trying to wash the dishes. In my defense, I didn't realize how well he could reach out and grab yet. He reached out for a soapy glass and I managed to pull him away from it, and as it wobbled dangerously back and forth he grabbed another. I stepped back, steadied both glasses, and decided that washing dishes while babycarrying is not a good thing.
After his baptism, I plan to start playing new developmental games and introducing him to new toys, because he loves it all and is absorbing everything so quickly.

I love when they are at that stage. SO cute.
