Don't let that turkey, left over cranberries, or other Thanksgiving food treats go to waste! Try this delicious turkey salad with your leftovers, and enjoy delicious food all weekend long.
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked turkey breast (diced)
4 tbs dried cranberries (chopped)
3 tbs pecans (chopped)
3 tbs mayonnaise
2 tsps brown mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Combine turkey, cranberries, pecans together in a bowl and set aside for a few moments.
2. Mix mustard and mayonnaise together and add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Add mustard/mayo mixture to turkey mixture and mix in gently.
Enjoy it over greens, or as a sandwich. This recipe makes 3-4 servings.

What about left-over stuffing? lol, this is a great idea. I love salads, never thought of turkey salad before.
