Little man is just over seven months now, and says two words, "Mama" and "cough, cough". We realized his coughs are actually him trying to talk,
because he'll look at us with a smile and "Cough, cough" or reach for something and "Cough, cough"- it's intentional. When he wants to be picked up, he either says "Maaaa" or "Cough!" He thinks he is talking!
He also received more shots on Monday, and as usual cried. My heart broke all over again. I hate offering him up (and holding him in place while he sweetly, innocently coos) for someone to give him pain. I'm so glad babies don't have long-term memory yet!

How cute that he thinks he's little coughs are talking. At least he's trying.
