There is a splatter shield to prevent splatters from the roller, so when you paint the ceiling or high areas you don't have to worry about paint dripping down on you as you are looking up. Any remaining paint can be put back in the can once your painting project is done, so there is no waste.
Reaching high areas is easy because of the extension handle (it is longer so you won't need a ladder for standard height walls), and to clean the EZ-Twist, you can fill it with water and flush the water out. The EZ-Twist comes with one roller cover, and you can buy more in two different naps (depending on the type of surface you are painting) that snap on and off easily for easy clean up and replacement.
